The leaves of this grade differ from that of OP. They are short and curly (shotty). When brewed its flavor has a hint of astringency along with a sweet finish and it is rich in color.

This Premium blend of Ceylon tea is grown at an elevation of over 4000 feet above sea level (High Grown). It possesses high flavor and a unique character with a good aroma. It is ideal to be drunk with milk if brewed strong (2 teaspoons per cup) or straight if brewed mild (1 teaspoon per cup).
Original Ceylon Tea (FBOPF)

Considered to be one of the best teas in the Flowery Fanning range. This grade consists of leaves that are smaller and similar in size to that of BOPF, it also contains a reasonable amount of tips and is bright in color. Its flavor is rich and fresh.

GREEN TEA
Lightly processed, green tea is usually made from the tender top two leaves and buds of the tea plant. The fresh leaves are heated after plucking to neutralize oxidation, then quickly shaped and dried to retain their green color and fresh flavor.

White teas are the least processed of any tea category. In the making of white tea, only the tender buds are plucked and allowed to wither and dry – naturally. Some oxidation will naturally occur during this process.

This is a tea grown in all elevations (Low Medium and High). It is extremely high in price as it is made entirely from the very tender bud of special Tea Cultivar which is rare. The tea bush that produces this has reddish coloured leaves with a velvety silver backing. This contributes to producing the shiny silvery tip.
